We manufacture and supply ski and snowboard grinding machines suitable for smaller ski services, rental shops, hotels and ski clubs. The light and portable design of the machine allows easy transportation by car. Low weight, 230V power supply, easy belt change and emulsion cooling with recirculation by built-in pump are the main advantages of the machine. Abrasive belt provides perfect alignment of the base and using a tool you accomplish angulation and tuning (0.5°) of the bottom edge. With the same tool that is part of each machine, you can angle the side edge at any angle of 87° – 90° (according to your settings). After replacing the abrasive belt with a polishing belt, you can polish the base after waxing. Hello Mr. Šperka, I am sending you a few sentences about your experience with your grinder. We have a grinder for a little over a year, now we are starting the second season on it. We bought the emulsion about 20 liters, it needs quite a few, the canister does not decrease. The grinder is cleverly designed, nothing is unnecessary or extra, the control is fast, the grinding itself as well (usually it is enough to stretch each edge twice and the result is perfect). As test skis, we used our old pieces from the rental shop for the first sanding. As Mr. Šperka said during the training: “The most important thing is to learn smooth movement with a ski on a grinder”. After about 10 pairs of skis, I got into it and was satisfied. It seemed a bit impractical to turn off the machine. As for the belts, their installation in the machine is fast. The lever that controls the inclination of the cylinder has a pleasant rigid operation and is easy to handle. We were a little worried about the life of the sanding belt – but it pleasantly surprised us. We sharpened about 200 pairs of skis and 50 snowboards on 1 belt and the belt is still usable. The rubber roller that holds the belt is without any sign of damage after the first season of use. The polishing belt holds perfectly and polishes quickly (max. 10 seconds 1 ski). I would recommend the grinder to anyone who wants to do quality and fast service for little money. The return in our small center is about 3-4 seasons, which is acceptable due to the life of the machine.
